from 9-4 on April 20th at 105 Fishburn Drive!
But we can’t do it without YOUR help!!!

Be prepared to take pictures
of posters, displays, and demos!

Help w/Demos & Displays (shifts are 9-noon, noon-2, and 2-4):
- How to seal food in #10 cans (we have the sealer & cans)
- How to vacuum pack foods (we have one vacuum packer)
- How to make egg noodles and dumplings
- Where to store food (bring examples, tri-fold displays, pictures, etc.)
- Freeze-Drying (2-4 per shift is needed)
- Making Bread (1 person needed, afternoon)
Preparing Food Samples:
MUST be home-made; do not bring something bought from a store.
Bring to 105 Fishburn, BC, Friday night 6-9:00, or Saturday from 9-noon).
(label each item: name, phone, ward, type of food, recipe)
Check back at 4:00 for any left-overs you may want back.
- Breads of all kinds: MUST BE 5”x 2½” loaves, placed in clear plastic bags w/twist-ties
- Bread spreads: bottles of jams, jellies, other spreads
- Salad: Your recipe or ours; enough for 20 people; in disposable bowls, please
- Dried Fruits, Veggies, Fruit-Leather, Jerky: plastic bags
I also need some signs and/or posters made
