There is a possibility that you or your friends and neighbors may experience flooding in their homes this spring. Government officials have requested that we share the following with our members. If surface water gets into the living quarters -or- if ground water seeps in and people are displaced, do the following.

  • DO NOT clean up first! Document the mess by taking pictures before cleaning up. We all carry cameras around, it will only take a few minutes.
  • Keep track of the volunteer hours that are spent helping with the clean up efforts.
  • Submit this information to Chris Howard, the Brigham City Emergency Manager.
  • Documentation and reporting will help provide evidence if the problem is big enough statewide to receive emergency aid.
