The mission of BYU–Pathway Worldwide is to develop disciples of Jesus Christ who are leaders in their homes, the Church, and their communities. BYU–Pathway provides access to spiritually based degrees, completely online, at a significantly reduced cost.
Starting with foundational courses, called PathwayConnect, students take three terms of online academic and religion courses that help them build confidence and grow closer to God. They receive additional support as they gather once a week either virtually or at a local meetinghouse. These foundational courses lead students to career-oriented online certificates and degrees that are awarded by BYU–Idaho and Ensign College (formally LDS Business College).
All students are eligible to receive the Heber J Grant scholarship where the student can get 10%-50% off tuition based on their situation. Also return missionaries receive a 25% discount. ACT or SAT scores is not required for admission.
